Step 1: Start your application EGS Ideathon 2022 Intake Form (Part 1)
Step 2: Complete your $5 registration fee payment (the link will be provided in the intake form)

Registration Information
Enrollment Status & Banking
Registrants must:
- be enrolled at a Canadian University in a Faculty of Engineering graduate level program (Masters or PhD)
- have a bank account with a Canadian institution (Prizes will not be sent to those who do not have a Canadian bank account)
Participation
In order to be eligible to win any monetary prizes, students must actively participate in ideathon by:
- attending Day 1 – Opening ceremony, meet your team, guest speakers
- contributing to the proposal round submission
Note: Students who do not connect with their team by May 15th at 12:00PM EDT will be removed from the competition.
Participant’s Privacy
You as the participant consent to the Engineering Graduate Society to use any photos or videos taken only during live portions of the event for marketing and promotional purposes.
ideathon 2022 will be hosted using Zoom and Discord. All disclosures will be publicly viewable and you as the participant elect to comply with the privacy and user policies of Zoom and Discord by taking part in the event.
