METRIC 2017

A Day of Research, Collaboration & Professional Development

Thursday, September 14th, 2017

 8am to 5pm

Conference Centre, McMaster Innovation Park

The Engineering Graduate Society (EGS) is organizing METRIC 2017: the McMaster Engineering, Technology, Research & Innovation Conference. Our conference provides an opportunity for graduate students, postdocs, professors and industrial alumni in different engineering fields to engage, share ideas, develop collaboration strategies and share information about resources. Researchers can discuss the most recent innovations, trends, concerns, and practical challenges encountered and together we can work to find solutions while fostering collaboration between departments, research groups and industry.

This is a significant opportunity for you to show the cutting-edge research that you are doing, to know what other researchers are working on and to network with colleagues. You can participate as an attendee, as a presenter or showcase a poster (old or new). As part of the conference you have the opportunity to take a tour to The Forge or MARC. The afternoon will consist of numerous breakout professional development events and workshops and we'll finish off the day with a social at the Phoenix Restaurant on campus.

REGISTRATION -- CLOSED!

All attendees MUST

1. Register here and
